Terry has been in the business of real estate since 1987.
He is the founder of Royal LePage Legacy.

He prides himself in being a great REALTOR®, friend and grandpa.

He and his wife Betty have 2 kids, Kelly and Andrea, as well as a daughter in law Jenna.

Terry’s three grandchildren, Harper, Everly and Jones are the light of his life, and he enjoys spoiling and spending time with them.

Terry has extensive life experience from his career in farming, real estate and fatherhood.

If you can’t find Terry in the office, chances are, you will find him on the golf course.

Kelly has been selling real estate since 2014.

Growing up with a father in the business, Kelly was destined to follow in his footsteps.

Kelly and his dad Terry are the founders of Royal LePage Legacy and have been working together for the past decade.

Kelly and his wife Jenna, live in Carman with their three children, Harper, Everly and Jones.

When Kelly isn’t buying, selling or investing, he is probably out for a run or a round of golf.

Jenna has been working as an administrative assistant in the office since 2014 and received her Real Estate license in 2017. She is the one behind the scenes making sure things are running smoothly. Simplifying our processes and systems to enhance our client experience is an important part of Jenna’s mission.

Jenna is the mother to three children, Harper, Everly and Jones. Some of her passions include home design and styling, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Rahul moved to Canada in 2019 and has recently moved to southern Manitoba in 2021. He has 20 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry in India. Rahul, his wife (who currently teaches), along with two sons, have found a great life in Manitoba and are really excited for the future.

Rahul wants to be able to help other immigrants start off in their housing journeys and feels that he has the experience with this process as he has recently done it himself in both housing and as a small business owner. Now having completed his real estate training, he knows that his passion for business, housing and most of all people will be an asset to anyone who gives him the honour and trust of helping them with their real estate needs.

Property management comes easily to Brent and we are beyond grateful to be able to offer our clients full service property management. Brent brings a great deal of expertise, a keen eye, and an invaluable insight to his role as Property manager and we are happy to have him on our team.

When he’s not busy meeting with clients or doing paperwork in the office, Brent loves spending time with his family doing various outdoor activates like quading and camping.

Igor moved to Canada from Kazakhstan with his wife and daughter. He is fluent in English, Russian, and German. In his spare time, Igor enjoys playing tennis and chess. He chose real estate as a career because he enjoys helping people find their dream homes and is passionate about the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the property market.
