In 2021 we started managing our first residential rental property and soon began to realize that this service was needed in our community and surrounding areas. We are currently managing 30+ properties and are excited to continue to add more as we go.

We welcomed Brent Vandersluis to our office in December 2022. He is licensed through the Manitoba Securities Commission to operate as manager of our property management department.
