Located just one mile North of the lights on the East side of highway 13 in Carman, Manitoba.

This heavy steel frame one-storey building consists of 8,246 total square feet or a 62′ x 133′ footprint.

The east side of the building is a 2,728 square foot workshop area with three 14′ doors and 18′ high walls which peak to just under 20′ in the middle. This area is connected to a 1,380 square foot utility room with a 23′ x 23′ mezzanine storage space. Geothermal and electrical equipment is housed in a 155 square foot utility room.

The remaining 3.828 square feet on the west side of the building are made into a reception area, office area, kitchenette, two enclosed office areas and two public accessible washroom areas.
